Get a headstart on your vocation
In Years 11 and 12, students can choose electives that are vocationally oriented, and so obtain dual qualifications in both Australian Training Qualification Framework standards and the Higher School Certificate.
We offer the following course in Vocational Education:
- Certificate II in Cookery
- Certificate III in Business Services
The College provides:
- A complete commercial kitchen
- Highly trained and qualified staff.
Student in Years 10, 11 and 12 who wish to complete a TAFE course as part of their HSC can also access a wide variety of TVET courses through the Western Sydney Institute of TAFE, the OTEN distance education unit and private providers including:
- Accounting
- Business Services
- Retail Services
- Tourism
- Children’s Services
- Entertainment Industry
- Beauty Therapy
- Community Recreation Fitness
- Design Fundamentals
- Logistics
- Music Industry Foundation
- Floristry
- Horse Industry Skills
The College also supports students by organising work placement and work readiness courses with outside agencies.
The AISNSW RTO (RTO 90413) works in partnership with independent schools to achieve AQF and NESA course outcomes for students who are enrolled in their school for HSC or Stage 5 VET courses
